Details: The world is losing the battle to curtail global warming, President Macron told more than 50 heads of state in Paris yesterday. “We are not going fast enough and that is dramatic,” Mr Macron said at the One Planet Summit, which he convened to accelerate implementation of the 2015 Paris agreement.
